Step 5: Enter Marriage Details
To enter your marriage date, marriage place, and marital status, click the Marriage field that appears between and above your names (or choose Edit -> Marriage from the menu).
Then type your marriage date and place into the Marriage section of the Edit -> Family window.
Documenting Divorce
To document marital status (other than married), use the Status pop-up menu.
